Terms and conditions
1. TO PROCESS THE BOOKING
To check the availability to all the apartments , please check our calendar. In most of our apartments there is a two nights minimum (please check the individual description of all our apartments) we will inform you if there are exceptions. Specifications of the apartments: Appart from the general conditions specified here please also check the additional conditions of each apartment in the offer that we will send you by e‐mail. Booking confirmation: Once we received your deposit payment we will confirm your booking by e‐mail. This confirmation will contain the exact location of the booked apartment, contact details and other instructions. Please check carefully the arrival and departure dates and the price in your booking confirmation so in case of error it could be fixed before your arrival. Cancellation: The reservation deposit for all bookings is non‐refundable. Changes: If the client asks for a change of apartment after receiving the booking confirmation it will be understood as a cancellation. Age limit: The client must be at least 18 years old in order to book our apartments.
2. ARRIVAL
Arrival time: Please ensure to send us by e‐mail an updated arrival time. Apartment arrival: The keys will be provided by your contact person at your arrival, so we need your arrival time
as accurate as possible in order to offer you a better service (Your contact person must be inform of any last minute changes or delates in your travel plans). Check‐in time: Check‐in is
between 15:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs. We cannot guaranty to accommodate earlier arrivals as we need time to clean the apartment if there were an earlier check‐out that same day. Later
arrivals: 25.00 Eur extra charge for arrivals after 21:00 hrs.
3. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
The deposit payment can be made as follows:
- By a Bank Transfer: Before making the bank transfer the client must ask via e‐mail for a pre‐booking application form. After receiving your e‐mail, we will send you the prebooking confirmation and the details for the Bank Transfer.
- Cash: If you are already in Seville, you can pay the deposit in our office.
4. RENTAL PAYMENT
In most of our apartments the payment must be in cash. The rental payment for the stay in the apartments must be made by the client in cash upon arrival. After the full payment the client will receive the apartment keys.
5. DURING YOUR STAY
Number of guests: Only the number of persons confirmed by the client when booking can use the apartment. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Cleaning: If the client wants an extra cleaning service please made the request by e‐mail and we will confirm it and the extra cleaning fee. The apartment will be clean prior to the client arrival. Electricity and water fee: In general water and electricity fee is included but for some partments of long‐stay there is an extra fee for electricity , so please check the offer. Resting time: We ask our clients for a decent and correct behavior towards other clients that may be staying in the same building. This means that loud music, parties or any other kind of behavior that disturb the resting time of other clients or neighbors are not allowed. We ask our clients to observe the resting time from 22:00
hrs to 10:00 hrs. If the client do not behave in a correct way , the owner could ask the client to leave the apartment without any type of compensation. Questions: For doubts or questions during your stay please contact your contact person. Change of departure date: In case the client wants to leave the apartment before the departure date specified in his booking confirmation, there will not be any type of compensation. If the client wants to leave due to problems in the apartment that cannot be fixed like (problems with electricity, water…) the owners will try to find another apartment with similar characteristics to the one booked by the client. If no agreement can be reached, the owner will offer the client a partial cancellation of the booking and the owner will refund the client the money paid (except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used).
6. DEPARTURE
Departure time: Departures are at 11:00 hrs. If the client requires a later departure he must ask if it is possible and the owner will inform him if there is an alternative hour for him to departure. In some cases the luggage can be left in the apartment to be picked up later. If the departure time is really important for the client ( for example if travelling with a baby) please ask about it before booking the apartment. Luggage: If the client needs to leave his belongings in the apartment or in our office to be picked up after the departure time please ask upon your checking –in if this is possible. On the departure date please leave the apartment tidy (make sure the rubbish is disposed of, the lights and air conditioning are off…)
